At the Oscars, Field was tasked with introducing the Best Actress winner, an award she had also received previously. Field introduced Emma Stone as the winner and praised her performance as Bella Baxter in Poor Things.

She was accompanied by other Best Actress winners — including Jennifer Lawrence, Michelle Yeoh, Jessica Lange, and Charlize Theron. As Stone picked up the Oscar, her former costar smiled approvingly.

The Spiderman meetings didn’t end there, either. She also got the chance to interact with Kirsten Dunst during the celebration with her Poor Things collaborators. Dunst played Mary Jane in three other Spider-Man movies with Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man. The one with Stone had Andrew Garfield as the superhero.

A Star-Studded Stage

After winning her Oscar, Stone shared that getting to share the stage with Field and other Best Actress winners was incredible. She added that she wished this was done at every ceremony. Stone had also worked with Field on another project, the 2018 series Maniac. During the interview, she shared that she loved her and felt admiration for all the women who were there to present her with the award.

Stone remarked that she had the opportunity to work with Sally Field three times and pointed out that the two had the same birthday on November 6th. After these latest Oscar awards, the two actresses then shared that they both got two Best Actress Oscars. Stone has another one for La La Land, and Field has one for Norma Rae and one for Places in the Heart.
